Implementaion & Training

Implement Controls: Deploy new processes, policies, and controls throughout the organisation.

Internal Review

Internal Audit: Conduct an internal audit to check readiness and identify nonconformities.

Management Review: Hold reviews to assess system performance.

Corrective Actions: Address any issues found during internal audits

Select Certification Body (CB): Choose an accredited third-party auditor.

Stage 1 Audit: A documentation review by the CB to check system readiness.

Stage 2 Audit: The main audit to verify implementation and effectiveness.

Get Certified: Receive your certificate upon successful completion.

Maintain & Improve

Surveillance Audits: Regular check-ins by the CB, normllay once a year

Recertification audit: – carried out every three years to renew certification. This is a comprehensive reassessment, similar in scope to the initial Stage 2 audit, ensuring the Management System remains effective and continually improving.

Continual Improvement: Use the system to constantly enhance performance.
